Thank you for shopping with Black Ink Syndicate (BIS Apparel). We appreciate your support and are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing

All items are made to order through our production partner, Printify. Because each item is created specifically for your order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment.

During high-volume periods, launches, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after production is complete.

United States

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

Estimated Delivery: 10–30 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, local carriers, weather, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and available shipping methods.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

Because products may be fulfilled from different facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.
